Yeah, I am too.
And we probably both spend a decent amount of time outside, but we're still vitamin D deficient.
So it's not going to be a one-size-fits-all.
There's certainly some...
you know, titrating to what your body needs.
We do want people to take iron, at least in the second trimester and on.
Iron can make you nauseous or constipated.
So I'm okay if your prenatal doesn't have iron.
We can add that in in the second trimester.
But it's really going to be those top three with the omega-3s, the choline, and the folic acid that sometimes are not in every prenatal.
And we need to consider supplementing with an additional supplement if it's not.
You know, I tend to give my patients a few brands because I do find that if I say, this is my favorite one,
And if you hate it, like if you feel nauseous from it, if you get weird fishy burps, like whatever happens from vitamins, you're gonna be more likely to take nothing if I've told you this is the one, right?
You're gonna have poor compliance.
So I like to say these are my favorite ones.
Like try them and find the one that works for you in the best way with these kind of caveats.
And there's occasional times where I say, hey, you really need – you're a vegan, so I know you're not eating eggs.
So I really want to make sure you have choline.
And I know this prenatal has enough choline in it.
So there's some specifications out there.
