But there's a separate thing is what makes you a good leader.

What makes you a good leader is having accurate self-confidence.

You're not too overconfident.

You're not too underconfident.

You need to have a model of what you want to achieve in the world.

And you need to be a good communicator.

And those three things are the three things you need to be a more effective leader.

Someone like Dwight Eisenhower, for example.
