Well, we have the worst example of corruption in your and my living memory occurring down in Victoria at the moment.
And we've got to find a way to let Australians know about it.
And firstly, to let them know about it.
And secondly, to make them care enough to turf that mob out in the election at the end of the year.
In November.
Because anything you read about it, whether you listen to the podcast Conspiracy Cabal or other things that Nick McKenzie's done, this is stomach-curdling sort of stuff.
When you're just the bloke or the girl holding that stop sign, you can earn more in this country than a nurse can.
What is that?
It's a problem.
That's what it is.
We have to ask ourselves, you know, we have been sitting in this steadily boiling water as the proverbial frog getting hotter and hotter and hotter into this political boiling water of corruption that we've got at the moment and we just haven't noticed it.
And we do have to notice it.
We need to get some balance back into our politics.
And the only way you can do that is
is with your vote, I think.
Yeah, the polls.
What is that?
Well, I think partly it's apathy, but it's partly also the framing.
Because you and I talking about this, people are going to, just like my mate did with Dave Hughes, you know, two fellas have done pretty well, waxing lyrical about this stuff, having a whinge.
