Didn't even know where it was.

Yeah.

For the listeners, viewers, next to Sudan, Mali, that sort of area, sub-Saharan Africa.

Very, very hectic.

And at the time, probably one of the bottom three poorest places in the world.

So we went there and we had to try and vaccinate.

It wasn't just me.

There was a big team there because it was an emergency.

There were probably 40 internationals came in to try and vaccinate 10,000 kids in three weeks.

No, this was something I'd wanted to do for years.

This was something I wanted to do before I was even a doctor.

Like I saw this idea of-

It wasn't a career idea, but I mean, I stayed with MSF for a long time afterwards, just not going into the field.

I went to the field once more and I went to the Darfur region of Sudan.

But I then was on the board of MSF Australia for six years and did a lot of the governance work with them.

And I think we achieved a lot.

We took it from sort of $40 million a year to $70 million a year in revenue, which was pretty good.

and had a lot of interactions with, you know, the global governance of it.

So for me, no, it wasn't a career, but it was a pretty important part of my life.

And I kind of knew that I'd wanted to do that.
