When we or we hide the shameful parts of ourselves, or we become
That's when all this modifying happens again to gain belonging because shame is important.
It still will be.
But shame right has taken over.
And it's it's to some extent become the foundation for a lot of us, the new identity that we continue to embody because there is that still belief that that is the only way that I am worthy of this connection, this want, this need, this joy, this happiness, whatever it is.

I also appreciate you sharing kind of the moments that experience psychedelic, kind of the awarenesses, the recollections, even, right?
The fact that you can call to mind or maybe only that psychedelic journey you could, but right, like the kind of retr revisit revisiting.

For a lot of us, right, is 100%.
Part of the journey of where to start is right, we gain awareness of the stuff that happened and how it's impacting us now so we can move forward.
There are a lot of us.
And I have spoke to this often kind of earlier on when I was beginning to share it, honestly with a little bit of shame and worry about what it meant.
Because what you would hear me share is and I was very aware of this probably from about high school age, when I started, you know, you start to have relationships, friendships and
