Two kids with all three A's, um, ADHD autism and anxiety.
And they were pretty typical kids with autism.
They had limited diets, they had sensory issues, and you know, there were months at a time when they would be eating only this particular chicken.
But I would make it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Um, you know, my daughter was on a meatball kick for
many, many months.
Um and she would take meatballs and a thermos.
And I think she was probably one of the only kids in her class who had meatballs and a thermos.
But I was like, anything protein related, um, let's you know it's a win.
Yeah.
And they would seen it all from elementary school, you know, at like two or three in the afternoon, exhausted from school.
And I would do what I called first dinner, you know, but I didn't give them a snack.
I gave them a meal and really tried to focus on getting protein, you know, complex carbohydrates in them.
And then we would have second dinner later.
Um, but
It was not, you know, the way I think most of their friends or our neighbors were eating, but you know, when you have a child with that particular profile, you have to adjust to um what they need.
