I think that's so powerful what you've been talking about in terms of beliefs.

So the practice as a whole doesn't do a lot of work with with adults.

Yes, adults in their twenties, but but not beyond that.

But I myself take on a few, you know, clients here and there, particularly women with ADHD.

And last year I had a client who

was convinced that because she had ADHD, she needed to have an ADHD coach.

And, you know, we went through the whole intake process trying to discover, okay, where is ADHD problematic in your life?

You know, is it work?

Is it your relationship?

Is it managing money?

It was so fascinating to me because she was very highly functioning.
