Let me throw the million dollar question at you.
You know that I have a coaching practice.
Um, we both know that coaching is, you know, a fairly new profession, that there are lots of different people who come to prof to the coaching profession from other careers.
We also know that coaching is unlicensed and unregulated.
What's been your experience so far with adult ADHD coaching?

Yeah, I agree.
And and I would add to that, you know, that our philosophy is very much based in the idea that it's all about relationship and connection, you know, that doing this work in a space that is safe, that's not critical.
It's analytical, but it's not critical, right?
Um, and that the accountability to someone that you trust who you know is on your side and is your cheerleader is an important aspect of that.
And so we don't even call ourselves executive functioning coaches.
