So then that is really interesting to think about is the broken communication really because the people are not good at communication, or is it because we don't set up the proper architecture?

Well, I think the other sometimes you can make it even a broader tool

Uh and we're just the point of it is to get people talking.

And then they might also like us, which is kinda nice.

Yeah, I I think yes and no.

So I would I would answer that two ways.

I'd say one, yes, if you believe you're going to get useful information.

So let's say somebody says they don't like that they don't like um I'm trying to think a good airline example.

They didn't like the boarding process.

They thought it was not a not effective or it was too slow.

Okay.

And you might say, because

Well, because we're all standing on the jet way too long.

You know, you might use it when you wanna know the information, but there's also going to be people that we do not want to hear more from.

Okay.

Yes.

So then we would also, like a good toolmaster here, we would also say, So let's say someone who really talks about themselves a lot, like a narcissist, or somebody who is maybe abusive in their speech or negative, very, very toxic in terms of how they spread negative complaining.

Yeah.

I wouldn't use a tool like an open question with them.
