I think um good communication between staff and what really r it this reflects is the whole birth suite safety culture.

you know, psychological safety in the team so that um if people see things that are not going well, they feel safe and supported to speak up.

I think lots of work should be done on teams and especially in our public hospital system, so challenging with staff turnover and things.

It's it's key though to try and still keep a sense of united team front.

The measuring and monitoring respectful maternity and newborn care.
