I got in that habit real early and I just kept it up because that's one of my currencies I enjoy.

And in the warmup, I'm like, oh my God, kill me now.

But then your blood gets flowing and you stretch out and everything and then you get going and you feel great.

But I've learned that I have to, I don't do it when I feel like it, I just do it.

Because if I only did it when I felt like it, I'd probably do it a third of the time.

Because I tape all day and yeah,

I've taped in L.A.

from two hours in the morning and fly here and then tape an interview here and then race and go to the court.
