But I think, Dr. Phil, and it's a touchy subject because people are worried about what they sound like when they talk about it.

It's sort of like DEI.

But it's a problem.

DEI is a problem.

And I don't think people wanted to talk about it.

And now we have –

tons and tons of women in positions of power, and they're erring on the side of safety, and it is taking a city like Los Angeles and grinding it to a halt.

We can't do anything because of safety.

What I'm saying is during COVID, my wife had a much different approach to COVID than I had for the kids.

And her thing was safety, and my thing was they're going to be fine.

My point is it's not a knock on women.

They're just geared for safety more than men are.
