So Kevin, I want to come back to something that you said before, which is how important the three missions are and the fact that they are connected to each other, they reinforce each other, but also the pressures on each of them are really increasing.

From a personal point of view, how do you actually manage your attention across all of those three missions?

Okay.

How do you actually manage your team differently now, given the increasing pressures across all missions than you did maybe five, 10 years ago?

One of the things that I think is a top discussion item for every C-suite these days is the use of technology.

And, you know, I hear about it spoken of as both something that is a drain, frankly, on attentions of executive teams and figuring out how to use it best.

And also obviously has great promise.

In some ways, it feels like a conversation we've been having for many years.

But what's your personal view on any unlocks that you see coming with the use of technology?

Are there one or two stories of technology being implemented at Penn in the last few years that you're particularly excited about or proud of?

Those are two amazing examples, right?

Just think about the impact on people's lives.

And those are just two that have already happened.

I can only imagine what else is in development across Penn when you think about the breadth of the types of researchers and thinkers across Penn.

One of the things, Kevin, that we are also hearing other systems struggle with is how to get their teams to use technology.

The DNA of an AMC makes it, I think, easier in some ways where folks are excited to be on the cutting edge of uses of different types of innovations.

But how are you counseling your top team, your managers, your leaders on how to think about technology?

So Kevin, we've talked a little bit about the strains on health systems really across the country.

One of the other things that we've noted more and more in the past decade is the increasing importance of disruptors to this industry.

And I'm sure you are thinking about many in your own backyard right now, folks who are taking slivers of a business that traditionally was in the scope of an academic medical center or any health system really.
