And that's why I like to call it kind of like a crash diet for the other individuals because you're just on it to lose weight and then you're gonna get off of it and nothing really changed.
Right.
Exactly.
So it becomes dangerous and it doesn't become sustainable either.
You know, so a lot of people that do want to lose a short, a little bit of amount of weight may not want to be on those medications for the rest of their life.
And if you get off of them without doing any of the other work, it will
probably come back eventually.

I'm so glad that you brought this up because I recently spoke at a symposium on food noise.
And actually in the audience and speakers were all eating disorder experts and experts in the field of obesity.
And we were saying that we've known about food noise for years, but there was never a term for it.
So now we have a label, right?
Now we have a name, which is helpful, which is super helpful.
Absolutely.
So we used to just describe it and now we know, okay, we could call it this so we can measure it also.
So food noise is the constant obsession, the constant thoughts, the rumination related to food.
and eating.
So it could be it's like I like to think of it as mental chatter.
It's like your brain that's constantly thinking and chattering about when's my next meal?
Did I eat enough?
