You guys are a great example of how this diversity, this different backgrounds, but you've come together as a group and share and uplift others.
And that's something to be celebrated.
It's upside down.

You know, over on the other side of the world, they celebrate the new year in winter, right?
Because they know that's the shortest day of the year and the summer's coming back and the environment shuts down.
See, us, we want to have our time off when the environment's at its peak, right?
So in the summertime, we want a holiday when the environment is saying it's time to go.
And when the environment shuts down in the winter, we want to play sports and have all of these conferences and do all of this work, thinking that's the heavy lift time.
But if you sink into the environment, you're meant to actually follow the rhythms and cycles.
And this is big downtime.
It is time, hence the name, rūhanui pipiri, which as I mentioned before, means to cling together.
with your significant other because it's cold.
And however you cling together, I guess you can translate that in any way.
But it's giving you hints.
The environment is saying, because we're part of the environment.
So we're meant to sink in.
So yeah, it is upside down.
