So I'm better off not being busy and letting everybody get comfortable.
Have it cost us some money to do that, but in the end it pays off.

So far we've hired we have our full team together that we're gonna start with, but we're not all together yet.
So
We first we hired our two front desk administrators.
Yeah, 'cause we have the office is so big, we in the way that it's spread out, it would be very hard for somebody to be working check in and check out at the same time.
And then we have one of our team members that's going to be more focused on treatment planning for our bigger cases and financing and membership plans and and whatnot.
And when you have as many rooms as we're going to be scheduling in, I just felt like it was going to be too much to put on one person.
And so I'd rather get 'em both trained up.
And they're both former assistants.
So
It's good that they can talk clinical and if we need one of them to help out in the in clinical they they can if if we need 'em really quickly.
I just felt like that that was where we needed to be a little heavier because I didn't want
I didn't want them to have so much on them that it took away from their ability to provide a good experience for for the patients coming in.
Because when you're overwhelmed, it's har I think it's hard to, you know, be as
personable as you you want that person to be when they're greeting new patients walk in.
And then we hired a one hygienist and a one assistant.
I think as we expand, probably the first position we'll need another one of is is definitely an assistant.
