I wanted to start with just one and get them trained up really well.
No, um our two administrative positions have started.
One started two weeks ago and one started last week.
We wanted to get them really familiar with the practice management software.
And it's been really good getting them both together because the chemistry's been really good.
So you kinda never know when you hire people how how it's all gonna play out.
But I feel very fortunate to have have these two with us.
Yeah.
And then we're gonna start our clinical team next week.
Uh yeah.
A couple of them came from social media and a couple of them came in through Indeed.
Yeah, everybody's full time full time and the benefits that we're offering just being so small is is mainly just PTO and and team bonus.
Okay.
It's a legit team bonus.
Like we'll that's another thing.
I just wanted there to be a lot of transparency with numbers and goals that we're trying to do uh with our our with our team and the growth and everything like that.
