Once you get busy, if you don't set aside that time to train and have those conversations, not that I would have known what to talk about in those conversations when I f did the first startup, but you know, just the interactions and the coaching of like
Having a chance to listen to phone calls and how they interact with the patients, what do those conversations look like?
How are we presenting our treatment plans?
How are we talking about financing?
All those little discussions and having everybody together to talk about how we're going to approach this because patients pick up on getting mixed messages from different team members.
And then, you know, what the doctor tells them is different than what
The hygienist told them, or once they get to the front desk, then it's a different message.
If you're not all on the same page and everybody doesn't know what the same goal and the outcome is and what you're trying to do for your patients, it can get confusing for patients and patients that are confused, they don't commit to having treatment done be because, you know, why should they trust us if if we can't get all on the same page or why should they feel confident in somebody that they're hearing?
mixed messages from.
So I'm actually excited about being slow because I use I said slow is steady, steady is fast the last time.
I think it's actually slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
It's like a Navy SEAL training.
That's where I heard it.
But it's it's really true.
Like you can't be fast, busy
and dialing everything in all at the same time.
It's not it's not like a up and to the right all the time with the growth.
There has to be some plateaus, there has to be some dips that you and the key is to catch the dip so that you can do the coaching and so you can get better when you come out of that dip.
I think the first time might have been easier because all I was just focused on one thing and getting patience in the door.
This time I know so many more things to focus on and the details and what to look out for that I know is a good thing, but it can be a little overwhelming.
