We're not using a consultant right now, no.

I have, you know, some people that I lean on, but

We're not

using a specific consultant right now.

A lot of it is exp it's experience, but we've also utilized some of the training that some of these services do provide.

So for instance, you know, HR for health is who we're using for our human resources and our payroll.

They have a lot of built-in resources to where you they have templates that you can either use their templates or you can customize it as far as the employee handbook, the onboarding of employees.

And a lot of that's really important because

of the legality side of things, uh, that they that they double check.

So any changes that we make, we make sure that we run it by then and make sure everything's the way it should be.

Same with payroll, they make it easy.

And then CareStack, they've been really good to work with because they have so many training modules.

So what we did with our front desk team is we've, you know, we came up with a plan as far as

making sure that we're not overwhelming the team members with too much, but giving them a certain section of modules to watch and then to go into the demo software to to play around, you know, create patience, play with the schedule, practice going through, you know, posting payments, things like that.

So their their systems are all in place for that and that's that's been really good as we onboard team members.

And then

You know, a lot of us just from what we know that

They're gonna have to know walking into things.

We took some time once we got both admin team members together to do a lot of interactive training where we're role playing different patient scenarios and going through lists of like say this, not that type of stuff and then making it your own.
