We had a great two days of training this week, but what held us back from making the most of it as we possibly could was that all of our supplies hadn't arrived.

there were some things that we didn't get to do, like arrange all of our different cassettes, you know, exam cassettes, surgery cassettes, perio cassettes, all those things.

So, you know, we, we would talk through what goes in each one.

We set up the rooms, how we wanted them, which was all good.

We did some CBCT training, some intraoral x-rays we took on each other, got all that going on with our practice management software.

So we did get a lot accomplished, but yeah,

I'm just the type of person, like, if it doesn't, you know, I can roll with it.

I'm getting better as I get older.

But, you know, when things don't go as planned or as well as you would like them, like, you tend to focus on that instead of on the little wins.

And, you know, it's a mindset you got to condition yourself for.

We had talked about it and finalized it, but it was important to me that my hygienist had what she wanted.

So I had like an additional order put together and I was like, you know, I'm onboarding

a hygienist let me just make sure because my benco rep is actually a former hygienist too so I was like well let me put them both together let me see if there's anything that we've ordered that we might be better off replacing if she has a preference with certain instruments or anything like that and

There were just a couple tweaks and stuff.

And the, you know, the bank rep was extremely apologetic.

Like, she's like, I should have pushed it through and we could have just exchanged things out.

But I waited to push it through until I talked to her.

And so that was what I think really created the holdup.
