what people don't understand when they start their marketing
You you just automatically think, well, the more the more I throw at it, the better it's gonna be because if more money potentially equals more leads, then well, yeah, all day long I want more leads.
But if you don't have the team in place to handle those leads,
to be able to coach the conversations that need to be had to funnel those people into the type of treatment that you're trying to get them to commit to, um, or to be able to just handle the volume as far as scheduling goes, that's all money that you're wasting because
I've seen that happen or it's happened to me with um
some implant marketing that we've done in the past where we just spend all this money and then these phone calls start coming in.
But if these patients aren't vetted or they're not provided some type of information or someplace to go with the information and they're calling and they're having all these questions that they need answered with people in your office who are on the phones.
Well, if those people are on the phones, guess what?
Those are those phones are now not taking
New patient calls.
From just people that want to come in and have you care for their teeth for other reasons.
And so now you have all these team members on phones all the time.
