That's what a lot of the time has been spent on as far as the training goes with our team thus far.
And they schedule calls to go over certain aspects of things for hours at a time.
So, yeah.
And they're super responsive with getting meetings scheduled.
They email back right away.
They call if we have a question that can't be answered through email.
So I've had a very, very good experience with CareStack so far.
Yeah, I have one of my clinical team members is working through the boot camps more on CareStack's website and in my two admin teams.
What I have them working on is getting more familiar with our UCR fees and conversations that they'll be having with patients as far as presenting third-party financing.
They're getting more familiar with our online portal and our patient forms.
That way they know when patients have questions, if they call, they know what they're talking about.
I also have them writing down a lot of, because they both worked in dental offices before, I'm having them write down a lot of questions that might be helpful for when we potentially start implementing an AI agent on our website.
So we are putting together a bunch of questions and answers for kind of input for that.
And then also to be helpful with the service we're going to be using for phones.
For the phones, it's AIRO Dental.
And that was created by a doctor in Oklahoma.
His name is Darren Flesher.
He and I have had some long talks recently about how to implement this the best.
But he's already been working with several offices recently.
up until this point, but I'm going to be the first character stack user to test this out.
