set the stage for our children in such a positive way if we remove stigmas.

You know, what age do we expect children to sit at the dinner table as a family?

It's really unique.
But if this is totally out of the scope of your child, then create another family ritual that your child can successfully engage in.
Examine your expectations.
The child should.

Because when you were growing up, family dinner was special.
