Be kind.
Don't be hostile.

If you don't know, that's when you go to experts.
You should always be working with experts, by the way, because the great majority of parents, this is not their area of expertise anymore.

You know, doctors are not supposed to treat their own children.

So you should get testing, but with somebody good.
And how do you know who's good?
Well, you know, friends and pediatrician and
whatever.
