And the reason this came across my radar was because one of the people who ended up visiting her was I think like an ex-husband of hers. Like even after you make it to the top for her, at least in this role, she'd been wanting this role for probably over a decade, had been qualified to take that role probably for over a decade. And that's an additional burden that I think a lot of people don't necessarily experience if you're not the only person in a particular space.
