I'm in my porridge era right now where I'm having
Uh not just oats on their own, but like porridge oats, milk flaxseed, sometimes milk chia, and then like uh almonds that are either ground or flaked, just so they're easier to stir through, raisins, coconut that's shredded, and then if I do need a bit of a protein top up, then I might have like an unflavoured protein powder just to mix through there.
