But I think what's happening is that it forces people to get out of their head. And so it doesn't have to be birds if you want to look at something else. If you feel more comfortable leaving those birds be, you can just be like, I'm going to identify leaves.

Yeah, and it's because then you're โ it gets you out of your head to look at the thing and focus on the thing. And so like those kinds of de-escalation approaches are some of the best things to do. The truth is though there's like infinite things you can do with your anger. And so sometimes you can channel it into problem solving. You can say โ because ultimately what anger gives you is energy.
