The problem was in the rearview mirror to a degree that it's obviously not.
But I would say that if this had happened to Denmark, if some jihadist group had come across the border in Denmark and murdered 1,200 people, everything I'm saying about Israel, I'd be saying in defense of the Danes.
The Danes have to kill these people.
Well, I share your concern about the far right, and I do actually think that I underestimated the danger there previously as well.
So it's definitely more on my radar in the last few years than it's ever been.
But I do think that the left, the far left, is
in large part, culpable for energizing the far right.
I'm not saying that there weren't racists before we had people like Ibram X. Kendi going around telling us that everyone was racist.
But he's made matters far worse.
