And of course, like I say, for every medication, it's not for everyone and not everyone can tolerate it, but it tends to be quite well tolerated.

Number one, it is a diuretic, meaning that it makes you pee out more fluid.
So people be like, oh yeah, I'm not bloated.
So this is the thing.
So it was initially used for blood pressure to reduce your blood pressure by peeing out extra fluid.
It also can be part of some birth control pills, but yes, it can make you lose some water weight, which is great.
