The cohorts are just so different and the students are so different.

And so they're bringing in that lived experience.

They're talking about their stories in class.

And so you're getting exposure to all of these different stories.

And I think that Alliant does such a good job with that.

The professors are diverse.

I mean, I can go on and on about how well we prepare students for the current landscape.

Yes.

So I know I keep harping on this, but really doing that like self-examination is such a big part.

It is painful in some ways, but I promise you will come out a better person on the other side once you take a good look at your story with genuine curiosity and a critical lens.

So you'll do a lot of that, like examining your family, examining your past.

And then also, of course, like learning different models that will help you really understand how human behavior works, again, within that relational context.

So you'll learn a

about human behavior and you'll learn a lot of those like listening skills that we also kind of talked about today like how to be a good listener because it's so much more than just kind of having your ears open right there is a lot of like reflective listening so you'll learn so many things but I think that the best part is learning a lot about yourself so

Like I am a much better wife, daughter, friend, mom, because I'm a therapist, because I'm constantly asking myself, why did this happen?

Why did I say this?

How could I have done that better?

Right.

So like that self-reflection, I think just makes you such a good human being.

So even though it's hard to move through that while you're in training, in the end, I think, again, you just come out so much more of a
