Yeah, that's a good question.
I think I have the privilege of seeing new waves of therapists come in every single year because I'm a professor and we teach a different cohort every single year.
And it is really inspiring to see so many people come in every single year genuinely wanting to make a difference in the world.
Genuinely wanting to be people that can hold space for people who are experiencing trauma and pain.
So just like the fact that we have so many helpers.
to me is so incredibly inspiring because the world can be a place, right, where there is so much pain and trauma.
The fact that we have so many people with a desire to change that, to meet it with kindness and warmth and love is so incredibly inspiring to me and wants me to keep going forward.

Yeah.
One thing that I wish I knew was like that my life was just beginning.
Yeah.
When I reflect back in my 20s, they felt so like finite.
It felt like I had to find the perfect partner to get married to.
I had to find the perfect career.
I had to figure out where I was going to live.
Should I be buying a house?
It was just like all of these social expectations that I thought I had to like check off.
And that was just so much pressure when I wish I would have just spent my 20s having fun and living life and traveling and exploring.
But I just really felt like I had had it all figured out.
