And so really kind of understanding, are there things that we can do to implement there, right?
Is there like, maybe I can have you do a breathing exercise for 20 minutes a day and kind of give you that relaxation.
Maybe you need to extract yourself from a bad situation like this woman did, right?
Because no amount of medicine for her was going to
solve the underlying issue which was not feeling safe at home right that's one of those core foundational needs so first off you know figure out where the patient is in their life what are really the precipitants what are really the drivers of the situation and then go towards the medical things right okay if your thyroid is high thyroid is low let's fix that if your electrolytes are off
let's do this.
Again, one of my go-tos has just been magnesium, magnesium glycinate.
I think you can get into very little trouble with magnesium.
You had mentioned, yeah, if you take too much magnesium, you might have a little runny poops.
And, you know, if you really have too much, you get a little bit weak, but that's almost like in an IV kind of really high dose situation.
Like when we have women that we have to arrest their contractions and OBGYN, we use IV magnesium, but
Outside of that, very little downside to taking magnesium.
And for most people, that just gets them better.
Certainly doing a monitor or trying to capture the phenomenon of what's going on.
I mentioned several times where I thought something was benign and something ended up being more, you know, malignant, right?
It went from that annoying to that dangerous.
And that kind of changed the algorithm of what we needed to do.
really kind of sorting that out.
But magnesium, again, you can't go wrong with that.
I think for most people, a lot of it is just getting outside in nature and doing walks, just kind of decompressing, just kind of releasing some of their out of the balloon is super helpful for, again, the benign arrhythmias that are kind of exacerbated by stress.
