And step two, there's actually a great quiz I have on my website.
It's called thevaginawhisper.com.
And it walks you through, are you leaking?
Do you have pain?
And it tells you, are you more likely to have tension in your muscles and you need relaxation?
Or are you more likely to have weakness and you need strengthening?
I think the first thing is to kind of determine which pathway you need to walk down.
And then you can start doing the right exercises.
But if you're just going to do Kegels all the time, that might not be the right exercises for you.
Strange questions and pictures.
And I'm like, you're putting this stuff on the interwebs, people.
These are body parts you are putting out to a stranger you don't know.
I actually get a lot of questions about partners and kids like, hey, I have this problem, but I think my husband has this problem, too.
Or I think my kid might have a problem.
So some of those questions about like, can a male have a hard time emptying their bladder or erectile dysfunction or painful bowel movements, all of those things.
A lot of questions about vaginal pain, burning, tailbone pain, hip pain, all of those can be connected to pelvic floor issues as well.
I think the biggest thing is when you have someone like myself talking very openly about the pelvic floor, it helps people feel comfortable that they're not alone and that there are resources.
So I don't mind the questions.
I just want to get people to the right resources for help.
Questions, fine.
