Yeah, thanks so much, Helen.

It's great to be here.

So yes, Wild Monday is an organisation founded by Dr. Rachel Morris.

Some people might have come across her as the host of You Are Not a Frog podcast.

And the other aspect of Wild Monday is the Shapes Toolkit program.

And that's the live training that we deliver both in person and also online.

And that's my role in Wild Monday as head of training for the live aspects of that.

Yeah, so that's about 30 years ago now, having just hit the big 5-0.

And thinking back, it's interesting, isn't it, when you look back and think, OK, what did draw you to whatever career you're in?

And I think for me, it's probably started not as a really young child.

I didn't think I always wanted to be a doctor.

But I think probably around the age of 14, 15, when I was making my choices for the GCSEs and A-levels,

And just thought, oh, it's something I could do.

And I remember doing some work experience in paediatrics, which I really loved.

And yeah, then chose my A-levels accordingly.

It was kind of a bit of a choice move between music and medicine, because I played the piano and the cello.

But you have to be really good, don't you, at that.

I don't think I would have really made it as a professional musician.

So yeah, so medicine it was.
