Yeah, I think you know, the goal for the book was to say
This is a knowledge that exists that we're not taught in pre-service, in you know, professional development.
Um, at least we're not taught in general education.
Special education, they they get some of this, but it's not as scientific.
Um, but here's this knowledge, you use it in your context, how you see fit.
But to help you kind of understand what that might look like, here are some actual examples of it being put into place.
It's not prescriptive, it's not
Go do these three things to support working memory.
It's
Use this knowledge, you know, in your activity, in your wall, you know, amongst your walls with your students.
And it's content agnostic.
So whether you are a music teacher or you teach five-year-olds or you teach eight-year-olds or you are a speech and language therapist, it's it's relevant for everyone.
Um
which is what is so is so cool about it is that is you don't have it's not just for, you know, well, I'm a homeroom teacher and they teach gym, you know, they teach PE and no, it's still relevant.
So um yes, there are a lot of ideas of practical do it tomorrow ideas, which was important to me as the reader.
This is what's missing for me as a member of the audience.
Um
But also to say, I know that teachers will take this and say, oh, wait a minute, I like that, but what if I do this instead?
Um and so I think planting some of those seeds of here's what this can look like.
