But you know what I mean.
With the executive functions, I'll say to my students.
I gotta write that down because you know I'm gonna forget it if I don't write it down.
And so just modeling the habits of supporting your own, and you don't have to say, I'm supporting my executive function, I'm supporting my working memory, but just modeling that I can identify my own cognitive limits, and there's things that I can do to support that.

It's okay and and we all do it.
We're I'm not just making you do it because you're seven.
You know, this is a human thing we all forget.
What can we do?

I don't want to do this again.
I've done this 18 times and it is so exhaust.
Those are the most exhausting months because they don't know how to get a tissue.
They don't know how to close the door when they go in the bathroom.
Uh so everything is a conversation and modeling.
Right.
And that makes them feel fantastic.
And the and the little ones, you know, idolize the older ones.
