I, so in order to do that again, like, so I'm sitting here like mid grief and I was like, Oh no, I need help.
And I was like, there has to be something for this emotional dysregulation piece that I need to be able to do because it wasn't even just emotional dysregulation, but like someone would look at me wrong and it would just like send me spark.
And I'm like, okay, well, that has just set me back two days.
Like I can't make forward progress if I'm constantly going behind and also like trying to take care of kids during that time.
It was so hard.
So I pulled from every area of psychology, trying to find and psychiatry and neurology, what works in the moment and what works over time for RSD.
And that, that I think I haven't found anywhere.
So that's what I think was so important about that book.
But, but in general, pretty basic principles like psychology,
challenge negative thinking and movement and delay your reaction.
