So the definition of RSD is an intense emotional, sometimes physical, pain.
to real or perceived rejection, criticism, this feeling that you disappointed someone.
It is this robust neurological response that happens.

million percent no one likes being rejected no one likes being criticized where i would put this and i've thought a lot about this because i was for like a majority of my life i'm like i am just too sensitive that's what i thought when you look at emotional sensitivity as a spectrum and you're looking at like if you're right in the middle right that you have emotions that are reciprocal to the response you have highs you have lows but it's situationally appropriate
You have one side of the spectrum where it's like almost emotionally blunted.
