He's totally ripped probably more ripped than I am.

Very, very lean looking guy, but he has all this disease inside of his abdomen that shows in the scan the corresponding amount of disease he has.

But classical skinny fat guy.

He does.

And so a lot of people when they come think they're going to be in really good shape.

They can have, you know, outward appearance that would suggest that they're very healthy, a six-pack.

But uh that that fascia membrane separates good fat from bad fat.

So just on the other side of that black line is deep subcutaneous fat, which is inflammatory like visceral fat.

So just to say you want subcutaneous fat.

That is really not true.

It's sort of like saying you want people around you.

Nope.

You want good people around you, but not bad people.
