In continuing education, there was different buckets.
And I was the only one maxing those out every single year.
Nobody else really looked into those professional development funds because it was too much work or whatever.
I don't have time to do it.
And it was like, holy crap, they're giving you $10,000 to go better yourself in some sort of way.
And you have not looked into that.
Yeah.
Well, I mean, that's why I got my business entrepreneurial certificate from University of Alaska Anchorage.
It was online.
There was funding for it.
And I was like, I don't have to take a full course load, but I can chip away at it.
And they had scholarships because I was still technically an Alaskan resident, but...
You know, we don't have to audit that ever.
But, you know, it was trying to get the cost down so I could just maximize the experience and what was available to me.
And I don't know if we're taking advantage of some of those things that our employers are providing us.
You know, we bitch about the compensation and that's such a small part of what an employer is actually providing you.
And I don't think people understand how expensive it is to provide those benefits for you at the end of the day.
And not that we're being, I don't know, gracious or expressing gratitude, but I don't think we're smart enough at the end of the day to look at what your whole package is actually offering you and what you can do to decrease costs.
