And what has been that process, do you think, along the way?

It really comes back to the purpose of schooling, doesn't it?

And the safe space that a school can actually provide to be predictable, to provide relational safety, to have this readiness to learn.

but this balance of a teacher who may be even going through their own things in their own life.

And then there's things that are happening within the school context where there's not an alignment.

And we want to give that student as much support as we possibly can.

So this notion of being proactive rather than reactive, is that where your research comes into

being prepared or trying to be prepared as a school or doing that first?
