Obviously, the connection is absolutely key.
But what if it is that repeated connection and then the message and then things are not happening and then people get frustrated?
What happens there?
Say with the phone, for example.
So you think they want those boundaries?
You think that they want, even though they probably don't, but that perhaps that
you can say that it is if everyone is consistent.
And I think that that will resonate with lots of parents listening, teachers listening, and a range of different people who are managing those things and wanting to do the right thing, but working out how to support young people.

In the beginning, it's too hard.
How do you move to say we need to do this together collaboratively?
It needs to be purposeful, I guess, from the heart that it's genuinely authentic and purposeful rather than just a compliance that we need to do this because Brian tells us to do this or somebody else says that.
