So um, so multivitamins I think should be driven by
And because you can test for it, because you can identify where you're at, that you can actually target vitamins for that.
For um for fish oils, a great question, right?
So fish oil uh is primarily to deliver um omega-3s um and in some cases omega-6s, but are omegas.
Those are also essential fatty acids.
Um, and so they play a role.
They're called polyunsaturated fatty acids, and they play a role going into our membrane and helping to make them flexible, which is really important.
C fifteen, um, where it comes in, it is also a fatty acid.
So both categories are fatty acids.
Um, omega threes are these polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are make things it's an oil at room temperature and it helps our cells be flexible.
C15 is a solid at room temperature and it's stable.
So its job is to actually help make our cell membranes more stable and resilient.
So it's like a yin and yang relationship where you want both.
Right.
You want your cells to be flexible and healthy, but you also want to be able to provide that stabilization.
So that's how they they're really meant to work together.
Um and so um I uh get my omega-3s.
Um personally, I get them through I eat a lot of fish.
So it's like similar if somebody ate lots and lots of dairy.
