So it's as, you know, when we talk about the importance of
You know, with C fifteen, it's it's essential from when we talk about healthy aging, healthy aging starts from the minute
were born and you know, we have more kids developing type two diabetes.
Type two diabetes used to be called adult onset diabetes.
And we've got children getting it.
Kids are getting diseases of their grandparents before their parents.
So there's something wrong here.
And there's, you know, increasing data pointing to that we that C fifteen deficiencies may be accelerating.
aging and younger, younger people.
So it's like the ability to get this back, which includes, um, you know, uh getting recommendations of for people who can drink whole fat milk um to do that.
If cows eat grass, they have 50% more C fifteen in their milk than if they're fed corn.
Um so there are things that we can do industry wide.
You know, I would pick the um, you know, dairy product that
list C fifteen and shows that it has the highest C fifty and like I'll go buy that, you know, product.
Um so there's there are a lot of things that we can do to help, you know, uh meet the science and improve our our health, which is the most important part.
Yeah, it's so that's a good question.
So so multivitamins really should be dictated by um you know by blood work.
So if you get blood work and you show you have a vitamin D deficiency or you have a vitamin B twelve deficiency, I think being able to use target vitamins to what it is that you need.
Um, because it really depends on your diet, right?
If you're getting enough vitamins from your diet, which admittedly a lot of people aren't, because even if we ate the same foods that we ate 50 years ago, those foods may not have the same uh vitamins and nutrition that they did, you know, back in the day.
