I mean, this is way advanced stuff.
But those programs have been going on for some decades.
and covert programs, and they have what are called P3 operators that most of them die or end up in a coma.
I've never seen any science fiction shows like that.
I've never seen, my life is strange enough, I don't need to look at nonsense.
But what has happened is that they've taken these poor people and
a certain percentage of them successfully become P3 operators.
Now imagine this.
You can imagine like when Iran hijacked one of our high-tech drones some years ago, it looked like a UFO almost.
Remember, they actually hacked into the hardened firewalls for its guidance system and landed it so they could study it and reverse engineer it.

Now imagine doing that with an ET craft but using a consciousness technology interface.
That's what they're successfully doing.
In September, I flew over two black sites out in the deserts out west.

In a classified chopper with a man who is operational right now in those systems.
I'll be seeing him soon with some of these P3 operators.
And at the one site I was at,
They knock down one or two ET craft a year using these P3 operators and the fixed on-site what are known as EMP weapons, so electromagnetic pulse weapons, that have embedded in them a scalar signal.
