Now imagine doing that with an ET craft but using a consciousness technology interface.

That's what they're successfully doing.

They knock down one or two ET craft a year using these P3 operators and the fixed on-site what are known as EMP weapons, so electromagnetic pulse weapons, that have embedded in them a scalar signal.
