They actually take over through these P3 operators the guidance system of an ET craft,

if someone's asleep at the switch on that craft, move it into range, hit it with this EMP weapon, which, by the way, is in violation of the nuclear nonproliferation

Declaration Treaty to even have those.

And I saw them.

I have the video and photographs of them.

I've conveyed them over to the Senate Intelligence Committee.

So I think, you know, this is way further along.

In my worst fears a year ago, I didn't think that we had developed human capabilities, almost like cyborg, where they had developed that, but they have.

And that's why

It's not as just like it's just an object out there.

We pick it up and we try to hit it with a beam.

We also have people who have been tortured and imprisoned to become these P3 operators and who are operational.

And I have met them.

And they're quite good.

Now, most of them end up, as I said, dying in the process of doing this or end up in a coma because of the drugs and the machinery they're trying to interface with.

It overwhelms them.

And neurologically, most of them end up in comas and die.

But the ones who survive...

can be quite effective.
