Because I know some of the senior folks in that corrupt organization, they want to come out, but they don't want to go to prison. They don't want all their assets seized under RICO, racketeering influence, corrupt organization laws. And that's a reasonable, I mean, it's terrible what they've done, and they regret it. But an eye for an eye is going to leave the whole world blind, Chloe.
And at some point, we're going to have to forgive and forget the past and move forward. But it isn't going to happen by just kumbaya.
And they're very skilled folks in those programs. My uncle was not. My uncle was Northrop Grumman. He wasn't involved in that in Northrop Grumman, but I know people who are. And those special programs or projects at Lockheed Skunk Works and Northrop Grumman and Raytheon and EG&G and SAIC, and we know where they all are. Those need to be brought to bear to benefit humanity, and they can be.
So instead of targeting these ET craft, we could set up a system globally where we're making peaceful contact with them. In other words, what we're doing with CE5 Contact as sort of citizen ambassadors from humans to these people So that's what Demi really liked, the idea where you're a citizen diplomat from Earth to other. And anyone can do that.
And it's amazing the sightings and the things that have happened.
Well, that came from that experience when I was 18.
When I had this contact experience.
The CE5 Contact app, it's a whole training program. And it takes you through all the steps of it. And it has to do with some really avant-garde concepts and consciousness and what's called non-locality or quantum entanglement. So we think of space and time as a straight line. Right. But it isn't. So the cosmos is actually a quantum. conscious hologram, and it's all interconnected.
It's called entangled. It's all interconnected. The ultimate level of entanglement or non-locality where you can be omnipresent is field consciousness.
Now, most people think they're talking about your individual awareness, but I'm talking about that deep state where the deeper aspect of our own, how it is that we are conscious, the faculty of being awake, that's been proven scientifically to actually not be
be bound by space or time, which is why the CIA had a 30 year program of people who would do a type of meditation and would spy on the Soviet Union. It's called remote viewing. I know a lot of those guys. And that is something that I discovered at my near-death experience, I had that sort of Samadhi experience, or it was beautiful. But when I had the experience, it was amazing.
And then, so I, this is gonna date me. So I decided, I wanted to learn how to get to that state without dying. So I learned meditation. So I took a meditation class and I started having these amazing experiences without having a near-death experience. So when I had that contact experience, I was up on a 5,000-foot mountain in the Blue Ridge Mountains, beautiful, crystal clear day in October 1973.
And I meditated, but just before I closed my eyes, it was getting late near sunset, the same UFO I saw when I was eight or nine appeared. Oh my gosh. Like it had come back. I went, oh, hi. And then it just winked out and vanished. It was there for a moment or so, and then it didn't fly off, just dematerialized. Wow.
Beautiful and crystal clear weather and cold, kind of chilly in October up there at that altitude. So I sat and I meditated, and at the end of it, I was in this deep, quiet state. It was almost like the near-death experience, but I stood up. And I had this most beautiful thought that just came into me. It said, behold what a beautiful universe God has made.
And with that, I went exactly into that state when I died. And I looked over the edge of the mountain. There was a glow. And it was this crafted comeback.
oh my gosh and there was a et that was i thought it was a deer i'm an 18 year old boy okay so it's on its legs standing and it's probably about five feet tall had deer-like eyes and it touched me on my right shoulder this firmly wow and i had a ski jacket on and indented and with that i sort of poof dematerialized onto this craft And I thought it was about 30, 40 minutes.
It turned out it was three or four hours.
Yeah, because you're in another dimension, space-time. And we meditated, and I sort of created this CE5 contact system.
But I didn't know what to do with it. I'm 18. I started experimenting with it. UFOs come in all the time. You can't believe what happened. But I said, well, I don't know why I should be doing this. So it sort of stayed dormant from 1973 until 1990 when I started the organization to do this.
So the whole disclosure project, you know, the term is being used by New York Times, everywhere else, disclosure project. I kind of coined the term disclosure project in the late 1990s. And that was never the intent of what I got involved with. I really was more interested in making contact with these civilizations, creating sort of a liaison between humans and non-human people.
