I call them people. And trying to figure out why they're here and what do they want, how we can work together, that sort of thing. But because the protocol of the CE5 contact was successful, the intelligence community came in on me, right? Because they didn't want me doing this, the bad guys. None of the white hats thought it was cool. But the ones who were, you want to control this.
So I always tell people, this is one of the greatest way an average person can seize control of this, is to do this CE5 contact yourself with three or four people and see what happens. But you have to do it carefully. I mean, we always tell the ETs, be aware that there are weapon systems that might blow you out of the sky. Right. Okay. Because those are fully operational.
And that's one of the executive orders that I've drafted. I'll show you the document off camera.
I would love to see that. Anything you do for, you know, chairman of a committee or the president.
Well, I don't know. I think many are called, but few choose to answer the call. I think that it's a misinterpretation. I don't view myself as special or chosen, but I think I had a certain stubbornness and will and perseverance to do what I know is right. And I have to say, my biggest disappointment in 30 years, 35 years of doing this,
is leaders we have who have the ability to actually do things I can never do that don't have the courage of their convictions because it is dangerous. But our leaders, here's the problem. Let's say you're chairman of a Senate committee or House or you're in the Oval Office or whatever. You're not accustomed to taking that kind of personal risk, right? Right.
And we know for a fact that there are key people who have been killed in public life on this. Jack Kennedy, President Kennedy, 100% we know, was killed over this issue.

Sure. I'll tell you everything. Well, I know everything on that. Oh, my gosh.
Release all the files they have access to. So let me put a qualifier in here.
Yeah. So, you know, the way this works is there are documents that are top secret that the president or a CIA director could access, right, with clearance. And then there's the black hole of Calcutta, you know, this black hole that they put things in that you cannot penetrate even if you're the president. So what I'm going to be curious to see is if all those files that come out –
actually have the essence of this. So President Kennedy was going to get to the bottom of this, right? Because he's a very strong-willed guy. He was the President of the United States. And they said, so he said, yes, I am. This cabal of sociopaths said, no, you're not. And he kept pushing and pushing. And they eventually just decided it would be easier if they assassinated him.
Because going through the review process was an executive order to dissolve the CIA. And now... RFK Jr. has spoken about this, and I know Mr. Kennedy, and we've met and discussed this problem. I always remind people, we have a 1950 declassified Canadian top secret document. It's called the Wilbur Smith document, if you look it up in the briefing document here.
And in that document, it states, number one, it used to be called flying saucers. Flying saucers are real. Number two, there's a high profile team, but very secret, headed up by Dr. Vannevar Bush, who developed the atomic bomb, studying the modus operandi, meaning the technology of how these craft work. Now, this is a 1950 document.
And it said that it is the most secret issue in the United States government, exceeding the secrecy around the development of the hydrogen bomb. Wow. Now imagine, the hydrogen bomb was detonated in 52, and we're working on the ultimate doomsday weapon. This issue is more secret. So fast forward to someone like Jack Kennedy wanting to disclose this. And they go, no, you're not.
I tell people, you know, this is why the courage needed by our leaders to deal with this is extraordinary. And we just have to hope and pray they find it.
Well, or worse. I mean, you know, there were worse things than death, Chloe. I mean... I have a top secret witness who was operational out at the northern Nevada test range. Not Nellis or Area 51, going way north where we used to detonate. It was a test range for hydrogen bombs where we detonated. And there's a helo base, helicopter base out there, Delta Force. And he was assigned to that.
And he would be dispatched there. to retrieve these craft when they'd go down. Now, the first couple of retrievals he did were man-made ones, the triangular ones that are made by Northrop Grumman and Raytheon. Then he advanced to retrieve an extraterrestrial one that had been stunned, didn't crash, it was intact.
And there were two living ETs that came out of it and communicated with him, telepathically, actually, which is how they communicate commonly. Very advanced and very high IQ, 450 IQs, and top of our skills, 200. So this man became just absolutely disgusted with what we were doing and knew that these were very good people, these ET people.
Because, you know, all the alien abductions and mutilations, those are CIA psyops.
