And here we are coming into this physical dimension and we land, we splat, we don't know who we are. So we're like holding on to whatever we can grip, whatever we can. And as such, we become attached to beliefs and ideas and images of who and what we think we are in life is, et cetera. And so in order to deepen, we have to soften that grip to be able to drop in.

And, and that, that is where, you know, many people are operating in an attempt to navigate, you know, is it this or is it that? And the answer is yes, it is this and it is that. It is the depths of our being and it is the, the, the patterns that we're here to dissolve. And as we do drop in more deeply, nothing but healing can happen.

You know, someone can go to the doctor and be given a diagnosis, and it might not be a comfortable diagnosis, one that they're now realizing they're going to have to make some decisions about course of action that they're going to take. And some people in that moment walk out of that office, and I used to see this in my clinic all the time, often,

They weren't trying to control it.
