It's about not judging them.
It's about allowing all of your thoughts to be valid.
And when you embrace the one who's thinking a negative thought, the version of you who's thinking a negative thought, when you love that one, love the negative thinker,
They'll stop thinking negatively.
Really?
Because the reason they're thinking negatively is to protect themselves.
And the reason that they're protecting themselves or thinking that it's necessary to protect themselves is because we've suppressed the rest of who we are.
And so we're not operating from a place of wholeness.
If we were operating from a place of wholeness, we wouldn't think negative thoughts.
But it doesn't mean that when you think a negative thought, you're supposed to throw it aside and just keep thinking positive thoughts because that creates duality.

It creates disintegration.
So what we have to do is take a look at what is this negative thought about?
Let me just love you.
Let me just see what the heck is that about?
And if you will, take it to the body, learn to build the circuitry.
Where can I build the circuitry to unpack this thing so that I'm not outrunning it anymore?
I'm embracing it.
Because when it's integrated, it's going to actually contribute to something amazing about us.
